- Manage project scope and negotiate with clients so their needs & priorities are met and their expectations are set.
- Elicit business and technical requirements, clearly translating them into feature specifications that are well understood by the clients, and that enable a multidisciplinary team of designers, engineers & testers to succeed.
- Work with tech leads and senior engineers to understand and track the big picture strategy, project requirements, priorities, and high-level technical implementation details.
- Estimate & set realistic budgets, create schedules that make sense, juggle
multiple priorities and ensure effective team communication for smooth & quality delivery.
- Regular status updates, client meetings, and internal meetings.
- Manage potentially multiple projects including tracking cross-team and cross-product dependencies, plan and schedule feature releases, drive product-wide release demos, and pre-release governance processes.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate and track them to resolution.
- Facilitating planning and coordination efforts with internal organizations including implementations, customer support, and account management.
- Manage client expectations and timelines.
- Be a single point for assigned projects.
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Elance, Web Guru, freelancer, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
- Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.
- A large portfolio of web application software implementations where you lead the effort in a project manager/business systems analyst capacity.
- Experience eliciting, discussing & clearly documenting business requirements and specifications through the software development lifecycle
- Be able to showcase well-organized project plans, resource plans, schedules, estimate
- A track record of motivating & guiding cross-functional delivery teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with quality
- Comfortable with the constant need for prioritizing, multi-tasking, and taking actions that propel the needs of clients, while keeping the best interests of our business in mind
