Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing end to end employee life cycle which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and build databanks.
- Performing administrative activities
- Enter and locate work-related information in CRM and keep it updated
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
- Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge
- The candidate should have a master’s degree in human resources or a similar degree.
- Must possess excellent communication and people management skills.
- Good Listening and decision making skills
- Good attention to detail
- A decent understanding of the basics of HR.
